How to Make American Pancakes

Do you want to make light and soft American style pancakes? They also called it AMERICAN BREAKFAST PANCAKES. It is eaten with warm maple syrup and crisp fried bacon. I like to have them with the syrup alone, but if you do want bacon, I think streaky is the best. Here I have added a video tutorial regarding this.

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 115 g plain flour
  • 1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
  • 140 ml milk

Things to Remember!

  • Mix perfect amounts of flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  • Beat both eggs and milk together on a bowl and flutter into the dry mixture to make a thick smooth batter.
  • Beat in the melted butter and add any flavorings like blueberries or vanilla. (Any thing you like)
  • Drop a large tablespoon of batter into the pan and cook for about 3 minutes.

Turkeylicious: Maple Glazed Turkey Roast with Gravy

Whether it is Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Christmas or just an ordinary day, if they have some turkey available, you better try this recipe for a “Maple Glazed Turkey Roast with Gravy”. By using maple as your glaze, you will have a luscious, crispy turkey skin that you will definitely love.

Maple Glazed Turkey Roast recipe with Gravy

The reason is that maple caramelizes on the surface of turkey’s skin which creates a thin, glossy, and slightly sticky coating. The gravy also provides an exceptional taste which is a perfect match for the roasted turkey.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole turkey (12 to 14 pounds) kept at room temperature for 1 hour: all feathers and quills must be removed along with the neck and giblets.
  • 2 to 2A cups of water
  • 1 A teaspoons of black peppercorns
  • 2/3 cup grade B maple syrup
  • A cup of malt vinegar
  • A cup of all-purpose flour
  • 5 cups turkey stock
  • A stick unsalted butter, softened
  • Thyme
  • Tarragon
  • Butter (optical)
  • Salt

Kitchen Tools and Equipment

  • Kitchen string
  • 17 by 14 inch flameproof roasting with a flat rack
  • 1 quarter measuring cup
  • Fat separator (optional )
  • Paper towels
  • Small saucepan
  • Instant – read thermometer
  • Whisk
  • Small bowl
  • Oven
  • Rolling pin
  • Small plastic bag
  • Fine-mesh sleeve
  • Platter
  • Pastry blush
  • Wooden spoon

Preparation for cooking

For maple butter:

1. Boil maple syrup and 2 tablespoons marjoram in the overwhelming medium pot until diminished to 1/2 glass, around 4 minutes. Expel from warmth. Blend in 1 tablespoon marjoram, coriander, lemon peel, and pepper. Include margarine and rush until all around mixed. Making the Turkey

3. Transfer the turkey to the rack of the roasting pan and rub the same butter on the skin then sprinkle the skin and cavities with 2teaspons of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Add the thyme and tarragon between skins.

4. Fill the body cavity with turkey stock. If the turkey stock is still in gel form it should be heated.

5. Fold the neck skin under the bod. Then, tie the drumstick together with kitchen twine and tuck the wings under the body.

6. Add 1 Cup of water to the bottom pan and roast without basting for 1 hour.

Preparing the Maple Syrup

1. Crack the peppercorns using rolling pin. This can be done by putting the peppercorns in a plastic bag.

2. Transfer the cracked peppercorns in a saucepan and add the maple syrup. Note that it is recommended that you use the maple syrup.

3. Cook it on medium to low heat while simmering until cooked thoroughly.

4. Remove the sauce pan from heat and set aside until the syrup steeps and is ready to glaze the turkey.

Maple syrup, marjoram, coriander seeds, and lemon peel season a do-ahead margarine that is spread on the turkey before preparing. That same margarine is additionally added to the Madeira-bound sauce. Grape bunches or steamed child vegetables, for example, carrots and squash, make a beautiful topping for the platter.

Hello Gays, Today I’m going to show you How to make peanut butter cookies with three ingredients. Yes! You heard right. This cookie is made with only three ingredients.  It’s one of the easy cookie recipes with few ingredients.

What is Peanut Butter cookie?

A Peanut butter cookie is one type of cookie that is made with peanut butter as the main ingredient. The cookie is usually originated in the United States.

3 ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut Butter Cookies made with only three ingredients, could this be true? I was assured it was. And, they are tasty & delicious! And this recipe makes about more than 15 cookies.

Ingredients you need:

  • You need a cup of peanut butter.
  • Also a cup sugar.
  • And an egg.

This recipe has just three ingredients. It’s easy, fast and the cookies are fantastic! It’s perfect for kids that are just learning to bake. I can teach my child’s, and they can make without needing half of my pantry supplies.

How to make Easy cookie recipes with few ingredients?

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Add above ingredients (peanut butter, sugar, egg) into a bowl.

Stir them well to combine.
I was told this recipe makes 12 cookies, but I could make more than15. I’ll admit I do like my cookies a little smaller so maybe that was it.

I dip my fork in a little sugar when I use it to press the cookies. And it’s Just like the little sugar crunch on top.

Bake the cookies 6 minutes, until just starting to brown on the bottom side.

The weekend holiday can never be left with zero entertainment. Friends and family go tired over the weekend. And on upcoming Sunday, we all would meet together to make a heaven that would last for years. Easy launch ideas for guests can be an ideal plan to make the party enjoyable. After a heavy lunch, a sit back relax not bad when to have seeps after seeps of wine to fly in an earthly dream.

This is possible when all my friends nodded to have party that makes me mad to be happened on that very fixed date of Sunday. I travel online and get frequent stopovers time to time for delicious food items suit for a decent lunch. At last, I laugh at the recipes are stunning to fascinate my guests. I take these recipes and share one of them in details here.

Mash-topped beef and Guinness pie

The lunch idea does not take just for fashion when the food value is main concern of the party. It is really rich that keeps your health in mind. So, the truly saying that, it is perfect for a special lunch for your closed ones.

Ingredients:

Two cloves of white garlic, 2 pieces of medium onions, 2 carrots, 2 fresh and green bay leaves, 2 stalks of celery, 1/ bunch of thyme, olive oil, 600 ml Guinness, 500g stewing fresh beef, 3 tablespoon flour, 450g potatoes, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 75ml milk and 1 tablespoon butter.

Method:

You have just got started for the lunch for your loved guests to have them in full appetite. Now, let’s go with the ingredients to peel and chop in some pieces with a knife to have spicy smell to expose all ingredients together. Get tied the bay leaves and the thyme bunch together in touch for next step in cooking.

Of course, a medium heat is required for your casserole pan when you put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in turn. Next for vegetables, herbs and toss everything in oil to mix well. Notice your pan is buzzing with stuff raining into the pan.

See, the heating is going its way. Cover the pan and after 10 minutes, stir all the vegetables every after sometimes until a softening condition of vegetables. When you see all the vegetables are done then put them away in another small bowl.

The potatoes to boil need a large pan and salted water. When the potatoes are too softened to pound, mash them with milk, pinch, butter, sea salt and black pepper. These are little vanilla cream cheese button cookies. They’re delicious, and I had too much fun with the button cookies! I feel happy when my children asked me if they could help me to make “Buttons” These cookies are perfect for birthday party, or baby shower, holidays gift and just for fun also.

Ingredients you will need to make button cookies

  • ¾ cup softened butter
  • cream cheese 3 ounces
  • a cup of white sugar
  • An egg
  • A teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 of ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • A teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Assorted colors for coloring.

Let’s make cookies

First fluffy cream butter, sugar, and cream cheese in a bowl. Then add egg and vanilla into it. Beat them until smooth.
In another bowl (medium size) combine flour, salt and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Stir them until soft dough forms. Divide dough into 2 parts. Color each with a different food color. Wrap them in plastic wrapper and chill for two hours.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. (175 degrees C.)
Remove them from the refrigerator.
Pick one color at a time and on a lightly floured surface, Then roll dough until just over 1/8” thick.
Cut them 2-inch rounds with round cutter. On each round just in from the side, mark with smaller round cutter, approximately 1.5 inches diameter, pressing slightly. Run a metal spatula under the dough, to make sure it isn’t sticking to the table, spatter with flour underneath as necessary.

With the top of a small #3 piping tip (or you can use a straw) cut two/four holes in the center of each cookie, So it matches a button, Also make assured to push down to the counter, so that the small pieces fall out.
Then lift the dough with metal spatula onto a cookie sheet liner with a sil-pat, collect scraps and repeat.
Follow this same method to make other colors,
Make sure to clean your work surface between each color.

  • Refrigerate buttons for 15 minutes before baking.
  • Bake at 350F. for 8-10 minutes.
  • Transfer to a cooling rack.
  • Gift them or eat with a perfect cup of tea.
