Making American Breakfast Pcancakes
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 115 g plain flour
- 1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
- 140 ml milk

- Mix perfect amounts of flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- Beat both eggs and milk together on a bowl and flutter into the dry mixture to make a thick smooth batter.
- Beat in the melted butter and add any flavorings like blueberries or vanilla. (
